2020-
• Sun-Sentinel Top Work Places
• HRSA Patient-Centered Medical Home and Quality Improvement Awards
• Palm Beach County Medical Society (PBCMS) Community Hero Award
• Launched the first drive-through COVID-19 testing site in Florida.
• Broke ground on new health center located at 5867 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
• Launched new Women’s Health Program in March of 2020 to offer prenatal and postpartum healthcare services.
• Partnered with the Promise Fund of Florida to launch a new Promise Fund Mammography Screening Center at FoundCare’s Palm Springs location. We now offer women in our community free and affordable mammography screenings.
2021-
• FoundCare continues our fight to end the pandemic by offering free COVID testing and vaccines to patients and community members.
• FoundCare's Palm Springs and Pediatric North Health Centers received an achievement of recognition for the systematic use of patient-centered, coordinated care management processes from the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA).
• FoundCare Receives Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) Health Center Quality Leader Recognition
• The Promise Fund Mammography Screening Center at FoundCare’s Palm Springs health center exceeds goal by screening more than 1,000 patients in less than a year.
• FoundCare opens a new health center located at 5867 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach on December 1, 2021.

At FoundCare, no one is denied services based on their ability to pay. The funds received from the Great Charity Challenge will help to defray the cost of uncompensated care. FoundCare provides services to patients who often have no other healthcare alternatives. The funds received from the Great Charity Challenge will help us continue to provide vital medical and dental services to uninsured and underserved children and adults in Palm Beach County. |
